Mike Thornton

President & CEO

Mike started Innovative Panel Technologies in 1999. He has had 32 years of building materials experience with 27 of these relating to laminated building panels. He began his career as a warehouseman and progressed his way to retail sales and management.

Mike’s knowledge of the building materials and laminated panels industry is unsurpassed. This experience serves to guide his company to consistently lead the market with innovative panel solutions and new products.

Customer Service Representative

Matthew joined Innovative Panel Technologies in 2014 as the Customer Service Representative. Before joining Innovative Panel, Matthew completed many courses in business administration and other general business and associated classes at the local community college. Matthew also has a background in sales and customer service from working at a local health club before joining Innovative Panel.

Matthew was born in Portland Oregon, raised in Vancouver Washington and currently resides in the small town of Battle Ground Washington. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with wife, 2 children (with a 3rd on the way), and his pet cat. Matthew is an avid bodybuilding and powerlifting enthusiast, as well as a guitar player. In his spare time, Matthew also enjoys going to Portland Trail Blazers basketball games, as well as watching WWE professional wrestling.
